Terms and Conditions
Customs:
A ll local duties, customs fees, importation charges and taxes are the responsibility
of you, the buyer. If you refuse to pay the local charges after shipment, your
local customs authorities may impound the product until all fees have been paid.
We cannot refund the purchase price of products that are unable to be returned
due to local customs authorities seizing the product for non-payment of local
importation fees.
Returns: If for
any reason you feel the need to return your VAAM product we provide a 30-day unconditional
satisfaction guarantee. A refund will be given on any order sent back within 30
days of you receiving the goods (goods must be unopened and in 'as new' condition
in its original package).
Payment: In
order for us to confirm your payment upon ordering, your credit card will be charged
before the shipment.
Email us, info@vaam-power.com,
specifying if you need a refund, please specify your digital receipt no. (given
to you right after confirmation of your order). You will be notified by email
when your refund has been processed.
Please
note that refunds exclude shipping and handling.
